The ‘Marcbury Job Academy’ is a new initiative to help the long term unemployed get back into work. There is a greater focus on partnership working - Job Centre Plus, providers, local authorities, employers and job seekers working together to find new solutions to unemployment. 

The ‘Job Academy’ runs like a Recruitment Agency, however there are no fees and all of the candidates have been out of work for a year or more and are desperately seeking employment. 

We meet with each candidate and work with them to find the most suitable job roles that best suit their needs. Employers then visit the web site to select candidates suitable for their vacancies. 

This dynamic and innovative website has been developed closely with the team at the Job Academy to produce an all-in-one solution. Designed, developed, hosted and supported by CDS Web Design.
